BODY FAT PERCENTAGE TESTING
an Accu-measure body fat caliper is used to conduct a skinfold test. Pinches of skin are accurately measured at several points on the body to determine the fat layer thickness. This test is beneficial to measure body fat loss plus lean muscle gain.
BODY MEASUREMENT GATHERING
using a basic body tape measure, measurements are taken at identified locations. These measurements are used at a later date to determine inches lost or inches gain.
