ENTERING 4TH-6TH GRADE

LITTLE WARRIORS

This level is best for the younger and novice athlete. The primary exercises will be calisthenics and body weight functional movements.

July 9-20

MWF @ 11:30pm

ENTERING 7TH-9TH GRADE

WARRIORS

This level is designed for middle school and entering high school age youth who have experienced high intensity interval training. Some resistance and props will be used to enhance speed and agility.

July 9-20

MWF @ 12:45 pm

ENTERING 10TH-12TH GRADE

ELITE WARRIORS

Our Advanced level is highly recommended for ages 15 and above. This is a high intensity interval training and will involve weight resistance and a higher cognitive and physical awareness.

FAQ'S

WHAT IS THE "SAC" PROGRAM?

The SAC program is designed to challenge and improve your athletic ability. Harris Physical Fitness has designed a course that will improve your speed, agility, and overall physical fitness (strength, endurance, and flexibility). 

 

The SAC program is designed for children in 4th grade up through high school.

 

Our HPF coaches will include drills from Twist Conditioning Inc. along with other highly effective techniques. 

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

We incorporate FUNCTIONAL TRAINING into all of our programs. This type of training is designed to help people move more efficiently, prevent injury, improve their balance and flexibility, build strength, and improve their overall quality of life.

 

INVESTMENT INFORMATION

Each two week period offered includes 3 training sessions per week. Each session's duration is 60 minutes. Training will be designed to show improvement in overall agility, strength, and safety awareness.

Cost for each period (2 weeks) is $135.

DATES & TIMES
We will be having 2 sessions through the 2018 Summer semester. Session dates are listed above. Camps will meet for 1 hour MWF @ designated time.
