American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified personal trainer, Dara Harris will lead you through 45 minutes of calorie burning, muscle building workouts. Our small groups offer a fun group atmosphere full of individual and group exercises. Classes combine strength and cardiovascular training designed to increase your overall fitness level.
